Mr. Virjee is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPA (K)) and the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya (CPS (K)). He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a member of Kenya Institute of Management (KIM).
He was a senior partner with KLSA Pannell Kerr Forster, Certified Public Accountants, where he headed the Taxation and Management Consultancy division of the Firm.
Having been in practice for over 30 years, Mr. Virjee has acquired extensive experience in areas of finance, business advisory and company secretarial work. He has been involved as a financial advisor to various mergers, acquisitions and take-over of foreign companies by local investors. He also serves on boards of various corporate and non-profit organizations including being the Chairman of the Aga Khan Health Services – Kenya.

Mr. Bharadia has a degree in Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Auditing) and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPA (K)) and the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya (CPS (K)). He is a founder member of the Association of Financial Analysts of Kenya (AFA).
He has over 30 years experience, which spans the sectors of commerce and public practice. He has acquired extensive experience in the Capital Markets in Kenya and has been responsible for setting up ApexAfrica Investment Bank Ltd. and making it one of the leading stockbrokers in Kenya. He has been instrumental in projects where ApexAfrica has acted as the sponsoring, co-sponsoring or participating broker for various public issues of shares and rights issues by listed companies in Kenya.
